As a former production and custom home builder, International Marketing Director, CIO, President of his own real estate development company, Regional (Home) Sales Manager, Division Construction Manager and through it all, Realtor, Scott has one of the most broad and unique backgrounds you will find in a Realtor. His real and actual knowledge of the physical asset you are investing in sets him apart from all other agents and brokers. This is profoundly important.

Scott mixes this knowledge and experience with a calm and easy going manner that he carries into all his professional relationships, both client and consultant. He values, above all, his clients' perspectives and best interest. He has taught management and customer service excellence courses nationally and holds a Masters degree in International Business Administration from UC, San Diego.

Throughout his career Scott has been responsible for the sale of hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate. And yet he is still just as thrilled to help new clients buy their first home as he is to assist his seasoned clients purchase grand estates and investment properties, and he applies the same high level of care and respect to both.
